Next 1000 Unicorns

This is an extraordinary and unlikely forecast. BlackRock is apparently betting that the world’s entrepreneurship and innovation will focus almost completely on reducing carbon emissions. What happened to curing disease, building cities and families, creating more useful products and aiding the pursuit of happiness?

I find it much more likely that bets based on such a single-minded view of opportunity will be punished and not rewarded by the market. The result could be not a Green boom but a Green bubble as voters and consumers demand reliable and affordable energy.
